Completed - Recent Bug Fixes

  • Searching by UPC for replenishments now consistently displays matching replen items. - Released 2/7/25

  • Standard-size items can no longer be placed in oversized boxes, preventing related errors. - Released 2/7/25

  • Removed "with sales tax" from the Min / Max fields. - Released 2/7/25

  • Shipping cost is no longer a required field for MFN batches. - Released 2/7/25

  • After adding an item to a batch or updating it, the focus now returns to the search field with highlighted text. - Released 2/7/25

  • Timezone issues with ship from date has been resolved - Released 2/4/25

  • Issues with generating new placement options have been resolved. - Released 2/4/25

  • Error message “Shipment ID XXXXXXX not found in 3 shipments” when attempting to generate new shipment options has been fixed. - Released 2/4/25

  • There will no longer be a carrier mismatch between shipments. - Released 2/4/25

  • "Total cost is not XXXX" error has been resolved. - Released 2/4/25

  • Threecolts menu now appears in the unified nav bar in Insights. - Released 1/30/25

  • Generating new placement options no longer creates the error “Batch boxing data not found.” - Released 1/27/25

  • The Tax Code menu now opens upward to provide a better view. Previously, it opened downward, resulting in most of the menu being hidden. - Released 1/27/25

  • The Import Buy List error message asking you to choose a file now goes away when you choose a file. - Released 1/27/25

  • Buy Lists will process faster and should no longer run into errors for having too many items. - Released 1/27/25

  • The X button now closes the Add Condition Notes dialog. - Released 1/27/25

  • profitv6 API issue resolved with some issues (ROI calculations won’t update for 2% of the time). - Released 1/23/25

  • Adding an item to a batch no longer results in a processing error (“An error occurred while processing your request…”) - Released 1/23/25

  • Searching by ASIN / keyword / UPC no longer incorrectly returns 0 results. - Released 1/23/25

  • All issues with submitting merchant-fulfilled (MFN) batches should be resolved. - Released 1/23/25

  • Pending Offer Creation – In FBA batches, the revalidate button will no longer disappear during the period where the item has been created but no FNSKU is available - Released 1/23/25

  • The requirement to choose between Individual Product and Case Packed has been removed from FBA batch creations, and the UI has been improved for creating case-packed boxes. - Released 1/23/25

  • A Buy List Import issue that created a validation loop for some users has been resolved. - Released 1/23/25

  • The Revalidate button no longer disappears during FNSKU validation. - Released 1/23/25

  • When using the "Remember Last Entry" feature, the Cost per Unit is now correctly included when calculating Return on Investment (ROI) and Net Profit. - Released 1/22/25

  • Item conditions must now be selected from a dropdown, making it impossible to enter a restricted condition manually. - Released 1/22/25

  • Item conditions are now being consistently pulled through when auto-printing labels. - Released 1/22/25

  • Packing ID Labels, our new labels for consistently identifying your boxes from Box It to Ship It, now include Packing Group identifiers. You can create these labels using the purple print icon in Box It. - Released 1/22/25

Updates in Progress

  • Bug Fix: Unable to print labels after confirming placement fees.

    • Workarounds:

      • You can go to Seller Central and manage FBA Shipments. There, you can look for the relevant shipments and download your shipping labels.

        • You can go to Inventory> Shipments> click on the Shipment that you want to download your label for.

      • You can also download the shipping labels in the Inbound Shipping Page within the InventoryLab by following the steps here. We have also recently updated our Inbound Shipping article, which will show you the New List shipments. From here, you can easily download or reprint your labels.

  • Bug Fix: Some users unable to confirm shipment and complete the Ship It step.

  • Bug Fix: Unable to move from Find It to Box It even though there are only orange errors; only red errors should act as blockers.

  • Auto Pricing (in progress).

  • Improved experience for pending MSKUs.

  • Bug Fix: Shipping Cost should not be required.

  • Remove sales tax note from Min/Max Price fields.
