The submit listing detail closes the batch and sends the inventory information to your inventory items in InventoryLab if you want to list through InventoryLab but prefer to create your FBA shipments in Seller Central.
Doing this allows you to access your new items through the Inventory > Manage Inventory pages in Seller Central.
Here's how you can do that:
Start the process by creating a new batch. As you add items to that batch, the product information will start auto-transmitting into Seller Central.
Note: To see in detail how to add items to a batch, read our article Quick Start - Listing and Completing an FBA Batch in InventoryLab.
Once you have added all the items you want to list in your Seller Central Inventory, instead of submitting it to the Box It stage, click Submit Listing Details.
This closes the batch and sends the inventory information to your inventory items in Seller Central.
Note: If you accidentally click Submit Listing Details, you can find your batch in your Closed Batches History.
Finish the Shipment in Seller Central
In Seller Central, click the three stacked lines in the upper left.
Select Inventory, then Shipments.
Select Shipments > Send to Amazon at the top of the page.
Click Active Workflows to find your batch
Find your workflow and click Switch to this workflow.
Note: If your items don't appear, it may be due to a gating/restriction issue preventing the item from being added to your inventory.
