Your batch will display on the left side of the page, underneath Open Batches.

Adding Items to Your Batch (Find It)

To add items to your batch, you can add them one at a time following the instructions below. Alternatively, you can add them in bulk by importing a buy list from Scoutify or a CSV.

  1. With your cursor in the search bar, scan a UPC or type in an item's ASIN, ISBN, title, UPC, keyword, or existing MSKU to search for it.

  2. Select your item once you have located it. If the item is already in your Inventory, you will have the option to replenish an existing MSKU, or create a new one.

  3. Fill in your item listing details and click Add to Batch.

The number in Total Quantity will be added to any existing quantity already on sale.

  4. Take a moment to review your batch details, and click Submit MFN Items.

Your batch will close automatically. After about 15 minutes, your listings will appear in Seller Central, and your items will be available for sale on Amazon.com.

Note: Check your quantities and merchant sales in Seller Central at this point for accuracy. If a sale came through before you completed listing and the totals haven't been updated to your Inventory reports, it's possible that sold quantities could be re-listed.
