When creating a batch for Amazon FBA, you may sometimes run into errors that prevent your items from being accepted.
One common issue happens when your batch includes Grade and Resell SKUs.
The FBA Grade and Resell program allows you to recover value from your unfulfillable customer returns by allowing you to relist and sell your products as Used, instead of paying to remove the inventory.
Amazon explicitly returns an error if you try to create a shipment to replenish a Grade & Resell SKU. Only units already in Amazon’s FCs flow through that program.
To avoid any errors, on the batch item list, please take a look at the MSKU you selected for each item. If the MSKU shows an Amazon-generated style (amzn.gr.)... or you recognize it as a Grade & Resell SKU from Seller Central, that item must be removed.
