If you’ve recently closed a batch and tried to restore it by navigating to your Batch History, only to be met with a “No Records Found” message, don’t worry, the solution is simple!
The "No Records Found" error typically appears because of how filters are applied on the Closed Batch page. When all filters are selected, the system will not display any batches that don’t meet all selected criteria, even if they exist.
Additionally, this issue may seem confusing because all of your closed batches may appear to be missing, even if you just closed one moments ago.
We’ve recently updated the Closed Batch page to enhance your experience. Previously, there was a temporary limitation that allowed only the 200 most recent closed batches to be pulled due to performance concerns.
However, after optimizing the database queries:
The 200-record limit has been removed, giving you access to your full closed batch history.
Page load speed has significantly improved, dropping from an average of 12 seconds to just 3 seconds in our tests.
To resolve the issue and view your closed batches:
Go to the History page where the error appeared.
Check your filters in the Closed Batch section.
Uncheck the Has Shipments filter, as this is often the reason no results are showing up.
Apply the updated filters, and your closed batches should appear.
If you’re still not seeing the results you expect, double-check that your search criteria match what you're looking for. Sometimes, filtering too specifically can unintentionally hide valid results.
