How to Restore a Batch

There are times when you may need to restore a Closed Batch. Use this option if you need to redo a shipment. This will ensure your replenishment quantities are not duplicated in InventoryLab.

Note: If you do need to add replenishment quantities or only need to restore a few items from the batch, follow the instructions to Create a New Batch From a Closed Batch.

  1. To restore a batch, navigate to History, at the bottom of your Open Batches.

  2. Select Closed Batches.

  3. Select the batch you want to restore. (The most recent batch will be at the top.)

  4. Once the batch opens, click Restore Batch.

  5. After clicking Restore, the following pop-up appears:

  6. Click Restore this Batch and the batch will move to the List > List & Prep page as an open one.

You can also edit the batch settings of your restored batch if needed. Simply click on the three stacked dots next to your batch, select Edit Batch Information, update the details as required, and click Save.
