Assigning Lead Times Using the Inventory Pages

Updated over 2 months ago

Your Lead Time is the number of days you’ll need to source and ship new quantities, while also allowing for transit time, and the time it takes for Amazon to process your inbound shipment.

Add replenishable MSKUs to the Velocity Report and begin tracking their Replenish By dates by assigning a Lead Time on the Inventory pages. Lead Times entered on the Inventory Pages will also be used for items tracked on the Restock Report.

Note: You must be subscribed to Seller 365 Pro to have access to the Restock Report and the rest of Insights.

To enter the Lead Time, navigate to Inventory > FBA or Merchant fulfilled inventory from the menu.

You have the option to display your Inventory in different Views, which you can access by clicking the three dots on the upper right of the page.

To view Lead Times, make sure to select a custom view that has Lead Times as a visible column. (By default, the view will be set to Standard View.)

Click Save Changes:

Then select your new custom view from the three-dot drop-down menu:

Once you are in your custom view, find the MSKU in your inventory. The Replenish Lead Time field is editable, so that you may enter the desired number of Lead Time days. Once you enter it, it will automatically save your Lead Time for that MSKU.
