Common User Access Issues
No Name in User Profile: Synchronization problems can occur if your profile was added without a name value.
Missing Permissions Error: After signing in, you may see a message indicating no permissions are assigned, requiring intervention from the organization owner.
Resolving No-Name User Profiles
If your profile has no name value and is causing synchronization issues, follow these steps:
The account owner must log in to the Threecolts Hub.
Locate your user profile in the InventoryLab settings.
Remove the current user profile.
Re-invite the user, ensuring a name is included during this process.
Confirm the re-added user can now access InventoryLab without errors.
Note: Only the main account holder is authorized to assign or update employee permissions in InventoryLab.
