How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your InventoryLab subscription, follow the guide below:

  1. Log in to InventoryLab, and click your Account Name in the right-hand corner of the page.

  2. Select My Account in the dropdown menu.

  3. Navigate to the Billing section and click Update Billing Details.

  4. You will be redirected to hub.threecolts.com

  5. Navigate to Manage subscriptions.

  6. Click Cancel subscriptions

  7. You still have a chance to change your plan by clicking Change Plan, but if you don't just click Cancel Subscription.


  8. In the pop-up, enter your reason and click Cancel. Please let us know if there was a specific reason for this cancellation or something we could be doing better that caused you to want to leave or not use our service. We’re always looking to improve so anything you could give us to help better understand would be greatly appreciated.

Note: If you have already paid for your subscription, your account will remain active until the current billing cycle ends. You will not be charged for the upcoming month.

Once your account is inactive, you will no longer have access to it, so make sure you export any data you think you may need in the future. We recommend you export these reports.

The Current Plan section will update to reflect that your subscription has been canceled and you will no longer see the Pending Charges section.

Should you change your mind and decide to come back, all you need to do is log into your account and resubscribe. This will reactivate your account and allow you to use it to its full extent again.
