Note: If you change your Stock Soon or Restock Now settings, you will need to refresh the Restock Report to see the changes reflected.

Restock Soon

In this field, you can enter the number of days you'd like an item to go into Restock Soon status prior to it going into Restock Now status. Clicking away from the field will save the change.

Restock Soon status is a calculation of the Lead Time entered for an item + Restock Now days + number entered into this Restock Soon field.

The default number of days for Restock Soon is 14 days.

  • Example: When utilized with the 14-day default, if Restock Now is 1 day, an item will go into Restock Soon Status 15 days before you need to order more stock while accounting for the time it will take an item to be received.

Restock Now

In this field, you can enter the number of days before the lead time entered for an item that you'd like it to go into Restock Now status. Clicking away from the field will save the change.

Restock Now status is a calculation of Lead Time entered for an item + number entered into the Restock Now field.

The default number of days for Restock Now is 0 days.

  • Example: When utilized with the 0-day default, an item will go into Restock Now status right at the Lead Time to order stock while accounting for the time it will take an item to be received.

Click the arrow to open a dropdown menu and choose from the following options:

  • Always update - Automatically removes an On Order status when an MSKU is listed in a submitted batch in InventoryLab or added/edited in Unlisted Inventory.

  • Always ask to update - Asks before removing an On Order status when an MSKU is listed in a submitted batch in InventoryLab or added/edited in Unlisted Inventory.

  • Never update - Never update an On Order status when an item is listed in a submitted batch in InventoryLab or added/edited in Unlisted Inventory. With this option, changes to On Order status will need to be made manually on the Restock Report.
