Updated over a month ago

Stuck on a glitch that you can't solve just by going back to Find It or Box It? Often, the best solution is to close your batch and then restore it. This will return you to the Find It step with all possible Find It progress saved.

When you close a batch in InventoryLab, the system will no longer retain the box contents within that batch. Box-level data (such as item details, quantities, and packaging information) will be erased. Upon restoration, this data will not automatically recover and will need to be re-entered manually. However, you'll still have all your MSKUs with all their details.

What's Next?

If you had already completed Find It earlier, click Continue to Box It to return to the Box It screen. Complete the Box It step to continue with your ba If you have previously documented shipment and box content details, refer to them while reassembling the data for the restored batch.tch.
