With LTL Pack Last batches, you'll arrive on the Ship It step to provide your pallet information right after completing the Box It step. The video below will show you how to handle pallet info, select a carrier, and deal with all your labels and documents.

Closing and Restoring a Batch (Video) - Formerly, the fastest way to go back to Box It if you ran into trouble with labeling your boxes. Be sure to cancel your shipment if you take this action! Remember that you only have one hour to cancel after choosing your shipment option during Plan It.
With that said, you can now go directly back to Box It instead. This will save as much of your progress as possible, including your box info, unlike closing and restoring a batch. Simply click Box It in the upper left.
Click Continue to return to Box It.
