When generated in InventoryLab, shipping labels should automatically download as a .PDFs. If this isn't happening, it could be due to your browser blocking them from opening.
Allowing Pop-Ups
Depending on your browser, you may see a block icon displayed in the browser’s URL input field when there should be more than one tab popup.
Click the block icon.
Once the window opens, click the button to always allow pop-ups and redirects from app.inventorylab.com.
Click Done.
Below is an example of how this looks in Chrome.
Unblocking InventoryLab
If you don't see a block icon to click in Chrome, click on the kebab menu (three vertical dots) in the upper-right corner of your Chrome screen. Select Settings near the bottom of the menu, then navigate to Privacy and Security > Site settings > Pop-ups and redirects. Confirm that InventoryLab's website is not blocked here.
This should allow the labels to open so they can be printed and prevent them from being blocked going forward.
