There are times a Customer Champion may ask you to open an Incognito or Private window in your browser to help troubleshoot issues.
How to Open an Incognito Window in Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
Click the three lines at the top right corner of the window.
Select New Incognito Window.
A new window will open with a message confirming that you're browsing in Incognito.

How to Open a Private Window in Safari
On your computer, open Safari.
Click File.
Select New Private Window from the menu.
A new window will open with a message confirming that you're browsing in Private.

How to Open a Private Window in Firefox
On your computer, open Firefox.
Click the three lines at the top right corner of the window.
Select New private window.
A new window will open with a message confirming that you're browsing in Private.

How to Open an InPrivate Window in Edge
On your computer, open Edge.
Click the three dots at the top right corner of the window.
Select New InPrivate window.
A new window will open with a message confirming that you're browsing in Private.
