Updating your account's contact information will be handled within your Threecolts Manager account.
Note: We are in the process of rolling out our unified Threecolts + InventoryLab nav bar. You can currently follow the instructions below from any InventoryLab module except Inventory.
To view or change the account holder's contact information, click the Threecolts menu icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. Select Manager from the dropdown menu.
Click My Profile in the menu on the left side of Threecolts Manager.
Update your contact information.
Click Save to confirm the changes or click Cancel to go back.
Note: Once the email address for an account is changed, it will need to be used going forward when logging into InventoryLab, Threecolts, and Scoutify.
