While creating a batch, you may notice that the Shipping Contact cannot be edited.
It appears as a dropdown menu, but when you click on it, you will only see the current contact written out in full.
If you need to make changes, your Shipping Contact information is handled within your Threecolts Hub account. It's easy to do!
Click the Threecolts logo in the upper right corner of the screen and select Hub from the dropdown menu.

Scroll down to your Personal information on the bottom left of the screen and select Your Name.
Update whichever information you need by clicking Edit at the end of each field.

Once your new contact information is saved, the updated Shipping Contact will be reflected when creating a batch.
