If you attempt to create a Google Spreadsheet using ScoutX, but it fails to load, your Google refresh token may be missing. Follow the steps below to generate a new token.
1. Visit this link and ensure the Google account displayed in the top right is correct.

2. Remove the access to ScoutX:
3. In ScoutX, disconnect your Google Account.
4. Connect it again with new access approval.
