My Employee is Unable to Login or Displays Incorrect Account

InventoryLab login was added to Threecolts Single Sign On on July 8, 2024. This transition allows InventoryLab to be included with the Threecolts Product Hub.

If the employee account logs in and is unable to see their InventoryLab account, it is possible that they are logged in under the incorrect Organization.

To change your organization you can navigate HERE.

This will populate a new page which may look like this:

Clicking on the purple icon will populate a list of Organizations where the correct one can be selected.

Note: Selecting the Organization Name will display a drop-down menu where the product can be directly opened:

Select Launch and the Product Hub will re-appear with a new icon in the top right corner.

Note: The Organization Name has now changed.

Select Launch on InventoryLab to open the application.

You should now be logged in to the correct account.
