If you change your mind about an item in your batch and need to remove it, don't worry—it's usually quick and simple, and just about always possible. Just follow these steps to make the adjustments!
If you don't already have the batch open, click on the Open Batch that you would like to remove an item from. You can find it on the far left side of the screen.
Removing an item from a batch can only be done during the Find It step. If your batch has already been moved to Box It or Ship It, click Find It in the upper left. This will save as much of your Box It / Ship It progress as possible.
Read any warnings, follow any recommendations, and then click Continue to return to Find It.
Once you're on the Find It screen, click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) next to the item and choose Remove Item.
A prompt will appear asking to confirm your decision to remove the item. Select OK to proceed in deleting the item from your Open Batch.
