Printing FNSKU Labels Manually
Printing FNSKU Labels Manually
Updated this week

If you forgot to print product labels when processing a batch, or just prefer to print labels manually rather than automatically while listing, you still have options!

For 30-up labels, these will download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder to be printed with your preferred inkjet or laser printer.

FNSKU labels for FBA items printed from InventoryLab will include the barcode, FNSKU, Condition, and Title. You can also set your labels to include the expiration date (Best By date) if applicable.

MFN or Merchant Fulfilled labels print with the ASIN barcode, Condition, and Title. If the Include Expiration Date setting is turned on, they will also show the expiration date if applicable. "MFN" also prints on the label.

Note: You must have IL Print installed to print MFN labels with a thermal printer.

Printing from Find It

  1. To print labels for individual items, locate the item in the batch and click the three stacked dots next to it.

  2. Click Print FNSKU Labels to print with a thermal printer or Print 30 Up Labels to print with an inkjet or laser printer.

  3. When asked how many labels you want to print, the number of units in the batch for the item will be filled in by default. Change this if needed and click Print.

Printing items in bulk

  1. To print labels for all items in the batch in bulk, click the three dots on the top right of your batch content.

  2. Click Print All Labels (for a thermal label printer) or Print 30 Up Labels (for anything else).

  3. The number of labels to be printed will be shown. Click Print.

Printing from Box It

  1. Click the checkbox icon next to the search bar to activate Bulk Edit.

  2. Check the box for each item you want to print labels for. Alternatively, check the Select All box that appears at the top of the items column.

  3. Once you’ve finished selecting items, click Print Labels to use a thermal label printer or Print 30 Up Labels to use anything else.

Enter the number of labels you want to print, and then click Print.

Note: If you’ve only selected one item, this will default to that item’s quantity automatically. However, if you have more than one selected, you should delete the number, and then click Print. This will send the exact number of labels needed to your thermal label printer or 30-up PDF.

Printing from Ship It

It is not possible to print FNSKU labels in Ship It. However, you can print your shipping labels and packing lists here, so we'll go over those options below.

  1. After you have selected your Shipping Placement, click Purchase All Shipping Labels.

  2. Click Print Box and Shipping Labels, or Print Packing List.

Note: If you want to print your packing list, click Print Packing List, and the list will open in a new tab.

  3. Select the shipment(s) you want to print labels for and click Print Box and Shipping Labels. Alternatively, hit Print All Box and Shipping Labels to print labels for all your shipments at once. The labels will be downloaded as PDF documents, one document for each shipment.

Note: Some browsers will block attempts to download multiple files at once. If prompted, grant InventoryLab permission to download multiple files.
